Located near CoOp Live and in a very calm family friendly neighborhood. Wich was great for our 2 kids. The service was amazing. We had an issue with the boiler one time and within 20 min they sent someone to fix the problem.
Only little minus point was that their is a little mold in the bathroom window

Great location and spacious rooms
Kitchen cupboards could have used an extra wipe down

Super close to Etihad stadium, perfect to stay to watch the game
Only one bathroom but it’s ok

Good location for the Etihad
Window in front bedroom doesn't close. Steps into bathroom are dangerous and a trip hazard.
Overall doors & windows need some TLC.
Clean & tidy, beds are comfortable.
Early check in was appreciated
