Location was perfect for my needs. The rooms are clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly. I had booked 1 night but had my passport stolen before arriving and they got me a 2nd night and made sure I could get into it (had to change rooms) very early as I needed to do paperwork for new passport which was great.
The room is very small (fairly normal for a hotel in Milan albeit very tiny!) there is no space to put even my small sized suitcase on, there is little to no shelving in bathroom to put beauty case on. I would recommend adding shelving ! but overall is was a comfortable stay and meet my needs.

The location was very convenient, close to both bus and metro connections. The lady in charge of breakfast was extremely kind, friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the breakfast.
Unfortunately, the room was not very clean. There was quite a lot of dust and the overall cleanliness could definitely be improved. Also, the air conditioning stopped working on our last night, which made the stay uncomfortable.

The interior was new and very good. The staff was helpful and the fragrance in the room was very nice.

Great location if you want to be near the central station. Super friendly staff. I liked room interiors.
Inner court room was extremely noisy due to the central AC. No room change, sleepless night, and no reply to my refund request even after follow-up.

"La struttura è centralissima e molto pulita. Lo staff molto preparato e gentile. Super assistenza a causa di un treno annullato: dalla reception ci hanno procurato taxi con autista da Granada a Sivigl..."
