Palazzo Loreto Hotel Milano

The facility and rooms are very nice; very original decor and exceptional, modern room lighting. We enjoyed our room very much. It was spacious, comfortable bed, and exceptionally nice shower!

Not a great neighborhood. It does boast very close subway access to mitigate walking distances to favored areas by tourists. We found an exceptional neighborhood Italian restaurant within walking distance via an AI chat.

Воды горячей толком нет это был минус , не работали лампочки все . В комнате темновато , ощущение 25 метров не ощущалось .

The property was modern and chic. Was really quiet and not on a busy street. Staff were helpful and friendly especially the bar staff and caterers at breakfast!!

The cleaners were extremely loud in the mornings, banging hoovers off walls and doors which Wales you up. You also get given complementary drinks in your fridge when you arrive to later find out that you have to pay for all of them once you leave with the cheapest drink starting at €5

Lovely designed Hotel.

This was possibly the worst breakfast I have had in any hotel I have stayed at. to charge 20 euros is totally unacceptable. greasy Bacon, eggs that were rock hard and just warm (and these were the so called fresh ones that we asked for0 One member of staff said she could make us a fried egg but it would cost 6 euros extra. I saw some pancakes being kept warm under a light, they were cold. Nothing very appetizing for 20 euros per head. I am not surprised you have to pay in advance! We had a cup of coffee, left the breakfast and had a pastry, so basically 40 euros for 2 coffees and a pastry. We didn't get much help from the staff either. We did not get a chance to formally complain to reception as we were there for the Monza GP and our time was precious.
