The apartment is more spacious and charming than we expected. As a family of 3, including our young adult daughter, this was the most comfortable apartment we stayed in during our 3 week trip because there was a bedroom with a door, another separate room upstairs, a "living room" and a kitchen. With some of our stays, we were right on top of each other, but this apartment gave us some much-needed separate space. There are many skylights that open, which we enjoyed. The kitchen is well-equipped and the bathroom is comfortable with plenty of room for belongings. The clothes washer was much appreciated, along with a folding drying rack. The apartment manager happened to be leaving when we arrived and he helped us haul our heavy luggage upstairs. He is friendly and welcoming, and it was really nice to be greeted on our arrival. The location is perfect, just outside of the Old Town center, surrounded by cafes, shops, and easy to order a Bolt to get to locations farther away with pick-up at the address.

I would warn people that the apartment is only accessible by a LOT of stairs. We had booked a lot of top-floor apartments on the trip and hiking up stairs was becoming a chore already. If we forgot something on our way out, we just lived without the sunglasses, hat or purse for the day. As with every place we stayed in Latvia, Lithuania and Poland, there is no A.C., and we were there during record high temperatures. There are two fans, which helped, and we kept wet cloths in the fridge to rotate for cooling down. I think, most of the time, this won't be an issue.

The apartment was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed as a family for our week-long stay. We really appreciated having everything in the kitchen that we needed to cook meals and it was helpful to have a washing machine. The building and area were quiet. The apartment was very conveniently located — close to stores, bakeries, restaurants, the train station (we took several day trips by train), and to the Cloth Hall.

Getting luggage and shopping up the stairs was a bit of a struggle.

The location of the property is perfect for Old Town, Krakow Glowny and the main market square. There are plenty of shops nearby for food bits of catering at home. The property met our needs (parents, 19 year old & 13 year old)

It’s not that we didn’t like the stairs but they are 4 big flights of stairs up to the apartment. Also the sofa is only for 2/3 people but it accommodates 5 people.

На полу волосы предыдущих постояльцев, пыль везде. Кондиционер отсутствует. Посуду всю перемыли сами. Вилки и тарелки были грязные.
