I came to Durham for a conference at the University. It was my first time in this city. I really enjoyed the studio falt. Everything. The studio exceeded my expectations. I could also have breakfast and have warm meals. There is a fridge, microwave and all the necessity to have any meals. I was actually very surprised. It is a place I would go back to stay in summer to explore more of the region. The studio is great place to be to escape any heatwave. The neighbourhood is also safe. The landlords are super welcoming and flexible.

Next time I need to make sure to arrive at a descent time. I am not gifted to open lockboxes.

Very clean. Well equipped for our short stay

It’s up a very steep hill and down steps to the front door

Great location. Comfortable and clean. Host very helpful

TV signal unreliable. A bit chilly in the basement.
