It's a great location in a quiet street. 3 big rooms with your own bathrooms, so no sharing. There is 2 separate bedrooms downstairs and a huge bedroom with a balcony upstairs. Everything was very clean, comfortable and tidy with the pool in the middle. The proximity to the outdoor Night Market for evening food (1 minute walk away to the left) Icon Mall (has a supermarket approx 8 min walk), the beach and also a lot of restaurants, made this a fantastic location for a villa. We walked everywhere so its easy to get around to find all the restaurants. There's a wonderful place to the right of the Villa, about 1 min walk called Veganlicious selling Acai Bowls and Smoothie bowls. We had takeaway for breakfast or lunch every 2nd day we stayed- it's a hidden gem & so yummy...! Rosalina was a great host (we didn't need to pay a cash deposit for the keys as previously mentioned). She was easy to communicate with and always responsive. Daily cleaning (except Sundays) was a great bonus and kept everything fresh throughout our stay. We'd gladly come back.

Nothing.

Facilities are complete Location is good, near the beach Responsive and good host

Great location. Friendly staff. Big room with lovely indoor / outdoor bathrooms.

Good location. Decent value. Very clean

Many of the electrical outlets didn’t work. The upstairs refrigerator wasn’t able to be turned on, That outlet was also dead. The owner wouldn’t believe me till I had to visually show her the problem, she had workers in the house often to fix the issues but some remained non working and they would move my camera gear which was for me , a photographer frustrating. The day before we left, the owner had the house cleaned extensively for the next renter and filled the pool with so much of the pool chemicals, that I felt I was being rushed out of my rental a day in advance. I would recommend that the owner get some advice on proper Hotel management.
