The host was exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. We were welcomed with complimentary water and snacks, and they even gave us thoughtful gifts at checkout. The location is incredibly central—just a 3-minute walk to the metro and Termini station. The room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with amenities like slippers, shampoo, and toothpaste. Housekeeping was great; the trash was emptied, the room was tidied, and fresh linens were provided.
While the location is very convenient for public transport, the surrounding neighborhood doesn't feel safe. Like many areas right around Termini, you are very likely to experience staring and harassment from certain groups of people hanging around outside.

Great clean room and free snacks and water was a lovely touch
Was very hot as air con wasn’t the best but the staff gave us a fan which was a massive help
