Unique decor, comfortable beds, decent shower, easy to find, we just needed a bed for a night for a group of 5 people and it did what we needed!
Can't think of anything

Very well equipped for adults and toddlers. Comfortable beds. Good kitchen: crockery, cutlery,,pans, and utensils all good. Lovely decaf teas. Quiet, easy parking nice patio. All super. The cot and high chair were set up for us which worked perfectly.

Perfect for a family of 4. Great location, only 10-15 minutes drive to town, or £7- £8 in an Uber. Also bus stop only 7-8 minute walk away, with easy links to various parts of Leeds.
Charming decor and furniture, love the plants. Good size rooms, very large lounge diner, could easily sleep an extra person on the sofa.
Best of all, an attentive, responsive and caring host. Lisa is fantastic and has made this a truly excellent holiday home for guests.
Thank you 😊
