We had an amazing stay at the Sheraton Grand Hiroshima and would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Hiroshima.
Everything was flawless from check-in to check-out. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. It had every amenity we could possibly need, including purified drinking water in the room. We also appreciated that they even provided a luggage scale, which was incredibly helpful before the next flight if anyone needs it.
The location is excellent—just a 3-minute walk from Hiroshima Station, making it easy to get around the city and beyond. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and were able to arrange luggage forwarding to our next hotel, which made our trip so much more convenient.
If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located hotel with outstanding service, I highly recommend the Sheraton Grand Hiroshima. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!
