Very good clean room with en-suite bathroom, very kind owner offered me a fan due to hot weather. Tea/coffee, kettle and small fridge in the room are great help. Plenty of parking available on the road, which I needed

Stayed last year before an event at the NEC so knew the property already met my needs. NEC and amenities very close by, comfortable bed, clean ensuite, tea and coffee station, separate private entrance, plenty of on street parking.

Lovely quiet road, secure parking spot directly in front of room and motion cameras to driveway. Omar was friendly and a great host. Room clean and everything I needed for a 1 night stay as working locally
