Very nice little flat in great location. Other reviewers said the beds were uncomfortable but this was not the case at all, the singles and the double both had memory foam which was very comfy indeed. The internal decor is well presented. The communication with the owner was great and easy on WhatsApp. Would recommend and stay there again. We also did not have any issues with the outside noise which other reviewers had mentioned.
A couple of tea bags and a bit more soap in the bathroom but that's just a minor thing.

The apartment overall is lovely. We weren’t in it for very long as we didn’t check in until late after a concert and left first thing. Parking was easy, on the street. I only had to pay for a couple of hours due to the time we arrived. It was clean & tidy. The pool table is a nice touch.
Check in & out was very easy.
A few minor things to consider:
Stained carpet in double bedroom could do with being replaced.
One of the chairs at the table was very loose, it couldn’t be sat on.
No toiletries as advertised, we didn’t take shower gel as we believed it would be provided and wanted to travel light)
Cracked hob in kitchen area (didn’t matter to us as it wasn’t used but could be an issue for longer stays)
Blinds didn’t open in the front room (again didn’t really matter to us as we didn’t stay long but could be an issue for people staying longer)
Very noisy neighbours.

Excellent location. Very quiet, yet easy walking distance to the music venue we were visiting plus lots of restaurants.
Paid for parking close by
There were no toiletries, except for some watered down hand soap and very unusually, no teabags, coffee sachets or milk.
We have never stayed in any accommodation before, where these basics weren't provided

Good location, 15 min walk from city centre.
Apartment has most things you need, and pool table is a nice extra.
Needs some TLC throughout. Beds and sofa need replaced, as does bedroom carpets which are all stained. Fresh coat of paint throughout as lots of scuffs/marks on walls. Blackout curtains need to be added as bedrooms aren’t dark enough, also due to being a ground floor apartment, there is lots of noise in the street, which this might help alleviate. TV’s need added to bedrooms also.
