The property was in a perfect location,it had everything you need for a short stay and was very quiet and comfortable.
The carpets were a little tired and in need of a clean.

We absolutely loved the location and the views! The size was perfect for 8 people and the sofa beds so were spacious. We loved being able to have music playing on the tv and appreciated the amenities there for us such as bathroom products, washing up liquid, tea etc. All the beds, including the sofa beds, were very comfy, and the showers were a perfect temperature with good pressure. Plenty of radiators to keep the apartment cosy and warm.
Unfortunately there were a few negatives. The blinds in the living room didn’t work so anyone sleeping in there was awoken upon sunrise, the rug hadn’t been vacuumed and it was dusty. The worst part was not knowing if the bed sheets had been cleaned or not, as there were noticeable stains that looked untreated.

Easy to find keys and get in.
There is no balcony or patio as told on the booking form. It’s communal and next to someone else’s flat and they requested it not be used too late. Took a while to figure that out as the owner did not get back to texts asking what the balcony/patio situation was. So if you’re booking in the summer expecting somewhere to sit out - it’s not part of the room.

Great location, spacious apartment next to the canal. Good value but there were issues with broken furniture and cleaning.
One of the beds was broken, the rug in the living room was sodden wet and had been put down leaving puddles all over the floor. The bins in the kitchen had not been emptied from the previous tenants and the overall cleanliness left a bit to be desired.
