Nasamat Hotel

Every staff member was amazing and very helpful throughout my stay. I requested a 4 PM check-out, and they kindly accommodated my request, which I really appreciated. The only issue was the 7th floor, as it gets quite hot due to the heat coming from the roof. Other than that, my stay was very comfortable. The shuttle service during prayer times was also very helpful and convenient, especially for getting to the Haram. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and really appreciated the hospitality and helpful staff. Thumbs up for all the staff (Alamgir especially)

Due to road work, the front door is currently out of service, which may cause difficulties for wheelchair guests during these days. A private taxi to the Haram costs only 15 Riyals.

It is a budget friendly hotel with a shuttle from hotel to haram at salah times. Rooms are of decent size and staff was friendly especially the smiling face of Egyptian driver who was very welcoming and cooperative!

a few things i would strongly suggest for improvement 1. Hotel room's carpet condition was not good with burnt marks of iron. 2. There should be regular room service / housekeeping for placing tea/milk and water which seemed missing. 3. There was a renovation going on so there wasn't entrace from the front.
