Breakfast was basic. I didn't expect anything different.
I wanted a room that was facing the street. But I didn't get it.

Very clean, very quiet, staff very attentive
Room small for the price
Further than the heart of Criwn Heights than I would like

La cordialità del personale alla reception, la posizione, la pulizia della struttura
La colazione purtroppo non offriva nulla per persone con intolleranze
Il personale di servizio camere e colazione non è stato per nulla gentile e disponibile

The room itself seemed safe and met the basic expectations.
The security of the property was questionable given the reception is behind a glass wall. The reception staff was also not the most friendly during check-in. And other guests would yell in the hallway in the middle of the night. I appreciate that while not directly in the control of the hotel management, the lack of awareness of the issue was surprising. Finally, it is a franchised Ramada.
