Excellent service for arrival, fantastic location (especially if you plan to go Teresitas beach) - big recommendation if you are 4+ group staying in Santa Cruz
Not sure if this is possible, but adding A/C units would be great.

room was very clean and very confort to stay
supermarket was nearby and easy to go
parking is difficult as need to use outside.
also if you have many luggage and come from car, it will take time to move your luggage to the apartment as the parking cannot be infront or near by.
elevator was bit small for many person and luggage.
