highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a decent, clean, and safe environment with a great location. The location is perfect — there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and the metro station is just a 5-minute walk away.
The host provided clear and useful information before our arrival and was always quick to answer any questions we had.
The property itself is excellent: well-designed, very clean, and carefully maintained.

The design of the apartment was excellent and overall, quite suitable for staying a few days in Tbilisi. It was quite spacious and comfortable for our group of 4, incl. a couple and 2 singles. Beds were comfortable, the view was excellent, the place had everything you need for a few days.
a couple of minor things: 1) the instruction of how to use the key door could be clearer (where and how long to hold, for instance.); we struggled to figure out in the beginning. 2) the lift broke down on the last day and the apt was on the 7th floor. we had to use the stairs a few times. Luckily, it was repaired in time for us to bring most of our suitcases down when we left (one of us left the night before and had to carry her 2-week travel + presents suitcase down by stairs.)
