The location is ideal: quiet and right on the water, yet with easy access to the city center. We loved coming back to a calm neighborhood after exploring busy Amsterdam. It’s the perfect balance between experiencing the city and enjoying a comfortable, restful stay.

We had such a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment. Everything felt incredibly clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared—the welcome gift was such a sweet touch.The location couldn’t have been better: right in the middle of everything, yet the apartment itself felt calm and quiet. We were able to walk almost everywhere, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable.We especially loved the kitchen—it’s fully equipped with really nice, high-quality essentials. Having a market and bagel shop just steps away was a dream. We stocked up and enjoyed slow mornings with coffee and bagels before heading out to explore.Michael is a truly thoughtful and attentive host—always easy to reach if needed, but also very respectful of your space. He shared some great neighborhood recommendations that we really appreciated.We felt so welcomed here and would absolutely stay again.

This townhome is a special place in a major city. The apartment is decorated in new classic style and comfort, giving guests a sense of tranquility that was the perfect antidote to a day of exploring. Lots of nice details, comfortable and easy to navigate. Spacious for a family or a few friends getting away but the complex and neighborhood is family-oriented. So it's NOT a party house. Michael’s welcome basket was a delightful and personal touch. The location is ideal—a quiet, peaceful street that is long walk or shorter bus ride from the city's vibrant heart. The location offered nearby restaurants, coffee & wine shops and easy transit into downtown. Michael was the perfect host: available when needed but never intrusive. He even has a wonderful little surprise for his guests that truly shows how much he cares. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

We spent six days in the wonderful townhome as a family of four. The townhome is easy to reach from Amsterdam Central Station by a very frequent bus connection that takes just a few minutes, but it is also a nice walk (and, presumably, even better by bike).The house is situated in a newly built, pleasant and absolutely quiet residential area. The underground garage is a definite plus if you have a car (which you do not need to get around in Amsterdam).The townhome is beautifully furnished and fully equipped with everything you might need, including all kinds of high-end appliances. Given the many restaurants of all levels and varieties in Amsterdam, we did not cook, but everything would be available.Michael was a graceful and very responsive host. The welcome basket was a very kind gesture.We very much enjoyed our stay in Michael’s townhome, and we can wholeheartedly recommend it. We believe it would be difficult to find a similarly comfortable place in the immediate centre of Amsterdam. We look forward to returning if and when we are in Amsterdam again.
