Piazza San Martino 9

Brilliant location in a fab part of Bologna. Accommodation clean, spacious and well equipped. Loved the little kitchen and options for morning coffee etc. Breakfast voucher for the little cafe opposite was a bonus. Looking forward to being back for last night in Italy in 10 days

location great, breakfast did not appear to be included

The room is in a great location. It is right near the center of the important sites. I loved that they had the availability to do laundry. The room and bathroom were very spacious. I liked that the host was very attentive. I had an issue with my door locking and she responded immediately with a resolution. I also liked that the shared kitchen offered water and tea and coffee. The restaurant across the street (where the breakfast voucher is given) has amazing chocolate croissants and cappuccino.

I did not really like the 30 plus STEEP stairs to the room, but I knew about them ahead of time. The only complaint I have is that the 5 Euro voucher does not go very far. And the restaurant doesn't have their prices listed anywhere so you have to GUESS whether or not what you are ordering is within the 5 Euro limit. I would recommend that the hotel put a menu with the listed prices in the rooms to make things a little easier.

Well located in the centre of Bologna with easy access to coffee shops and restaurants. Comfy beds. Clean.

Maybe I didn't investigate the listing properly but this property is a B&b (small breakfast) not a hotel and not a place to yourself. It's a room amongst 3 in a shared flat. From the pictures I was expecting a balcony with outdoor space but in reality it was a room overlooking a wall and drainage pipes, with no other external views even from communal areas(i'm guessing only one room gets views). The included breakfast is a 5 euro voucher for the local cafe, which although doing nice coffee and pastries, the 5 euro voucher is not going to get you much and definitely not a buffet breakfast such as you'd get in the hotel. The access is via communal hallway and stairs which gave haunted convent vibes. After rainfall the water drips on the roof onto something hollow and metal was really disruptive to sleep and continues for hours after the rain had stopped and had me sleeping with headphones on.
