The staff were wonderful! So welcoming and friendly, and they really made our stay a joy. The room exceeded our expectations, and we absolutely loved the neighbourhood, with so many great restaurants and shops right outside our door. The breakfast they offered was the icing on the cake! We had such a great experience and would happily stay here again anytime.

The staff were very nice. The location was excellent. The room was very clean and it was efficient. It had everything we needed.
I wasn’t aware of the steps leading up to apt. we are in our 70s and it was difficult especially because stairs wrapped around and we only had carryons & backpacks. it would have been impossible if we had large suitcases. Also wished breakfast was available a little earlier like even 8:00am.

The location was ok
The staff were very helpful organising a taxi to the cruise terminal
It was like walking into a shared house. A mix of old and IKEA furniture. Only fruit at breakfast was Watermelon. Poor selection of processed breads and pastries.
Didn’t like that you had to phone a number every time you gained access. Would prefer a key
