Nice location,comfy beds and a beautiful interior.
Check in and out made easy using their website and can order extras like in house massage treatments.
Bit over priced. Outdoor area definitely needs a tidy up bit over grown, hoses left in walkways, if using hot tub there isn't any privacy to the neighbours staying in apartment next door. 4pm check in is ridiculous considering they only offer a 10am checkout for the price you pay and they charge $30 for a usual 2pm check in.

Lovely big picture windows and lots of space in the house. Pretty garden.
Not heated on arrival. We had to go out again to buy matches and firefighters to use the fireplace. The spa which is a feature was not warmed up which took many hours. Also no privacy from the cleaners area; there needs to be a gate to separate the space. And some tissues would have been appreciated.

We had such a comfortable stay here. Beautiful room, lots of space for me and my husband and our adult son. He had his own space/room and bathroom which was great. The view from the kitchen window was spectacular.
Nothing much, could have used some oven mitts in the kitchen.

This apartment was conveniently located to stores, restaurants, the Dark Sky Project, hot springs and hiking trails. We walked everywhere. It was spacious and well-appointed - so comfortable. The hot tub was an added bonus after a day of hiking.
