Breakfast was good but a bit slow, there was no GF options, but I understand it can be difficult to accommodate sometimes. The room is very small, but the AC was working well and the bed was comfy. Limited toiletries, but the house keeper would clean the room everyday and that was nice. Pool was very nice, and so was the terrace area. I liked the fact there was 24h reception.
Shower would flood and get the whole bathroom wet. Toiletries provided were not good. Room could be a bit bigger.

The staff were exceptional, very warm, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. A special mention to Ahmed, Ayoub, and Mohammed who really made the experience better. The riad itself was also very clean and well maintained.
The room was very basic and lacked essential amenities such as a mirror, television, or kettle. It was also quite small, and the proximity of the toilet to the sleeping area meant odours carried into the room. The air conditioning was minimal and not very effective. Breakfast options were limited and repetitive. The location was not ideal, although it was about a 14 minute walk to the Medina. Noise was a major issue, with constant disturbance on the balconies, likely from staff moving around and talking loudly, which made it difficult to sleep.
