Ho soggiornato in questo Riad per 3 notti e mi sono trovato benissimo. La struttura è meravigliosa, ha una posizione centrale ma nonostante ciò all’interno non si sente la confusione. La cucina è buonissima, ho fatto sia una colazione che un pranzo che una cena e in tutti i casi le signore che l’hanno preparata e servita sono state impeccabili. Simo, il manager del Riad, è stato fantastico e ha reso il nostro soggiorno indimenticabile rendendosi disponibile per aiutarci nell’organizzazione, nelle visite, negli spostamenti o qualsiasi altro tipo di richiesta.

Very well situated in the heart of the Medina, very close to everything - Souks, tourist attractions and many local shops and restaurants. Cleaning was very through daily thought the whole riad including the rooms. The beds were very comfortable and the whole place was very nicely decorated. It was very quiet inside even if there were noises outside. What made our stay exceptional was Sami! An amazing individual! He took care of us daily and made our stay one to remember!

The property was very clean, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. They made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The location was difficult to find, especially for first-time visitors. The surrounding area was not very appealing, and transportation was not easily available. If you need a taxi, it’s best to ask the hotel staff to arrange one, as finding one on your own can take a long time. Even ride-hailing and taxi drivers had difficulty locating the riad, which made getting around inconvenient.

Although check-in was at 3 PM, we arrived at the riad at 5 PM and there was no one there. We stayed at the riad alone that evening, without any staff. We were given the key to the main entrance, and then they left. Secondly, I had paid €104.33 online through my Booking.com reservation. The total amount due was shown as 110.33 TL. Although €6 of this was supposed to be paid at the property, the property demanded €12 from me. Even after showing them my Booking.com reservation and the amount I needed to pay, they weren't convinced. After a long discussion, they refused to persuade me, so I had to make the payment. Then, because they didn't have Euro change, they demanded 150 dirhams. However, €12 didn't equal 150 dirhams, and they demanded even more. After explaining this at length and calculating the amount based on the exchange rate, they finally agreed to take 126 dirhams. The property not only demanded more than the amount stated in the reservation but also, to make matters worse, wanted to charge an excessive amount for the Euro equivalent in dirhams. Finally, on the second day, we mentioned that we needed to leave early, and they said they could prepare bananas and other non-hot items for breakfast. However, when we woke up in the morning, there were only pre-packaged ready-made meals. I spoke to a staff member and asked for bread and at least cheese, but the answer was a refusal; they said they couldn't provide any.
