De gezellige sfeer van het huisje, de prachtige tuin, de stilte, alles helemaal netjes en strak, de heerlijke warme douche met harde water strak, grote lekker ruikende handdoeken. Het dorpje dichtbij met alle voorzieningen was ook fijn. Evenals het eten in de pub verderop in de Waldron. Echt top verblijf gehad.
Het bed was voor ons met wat te klein en de (slaap) bank in de woonkamer was nogal oncomfortabel om op te zitten als je een avondje tv wilt kijken met zijn tweetjes. Dat was jammer. Maar verder o,o te klagen.

The Old Stables is a perfect place to stay when visiting the area. Spotlessly clean and the hosts, Ann & Bob are just lovely. The accommodation is excellent and extremely well equipped. We stayed here for one week between a house move with a 91 year old mother-in-law and the accessible entrance and low profile threshold shower was just perfect for her needs.
You won't be disappointed if you stay here, the setting is wonderful and has great countryside views.
