Apt. Is spacious and clean. Close to termini one tram away.

1. Wouldn't recommend it for a group or family as the value of it compared to places that are really central that you wouldn't need to buy metro tickets several times a day and the effort coming home even if it's close seems too far as everyone is already tired. Choosing a place closer would just even out the price difference minus the time your home and the effort. 2. Aircon stopped working 1night at 11pm, got a reply 10am next day and got fix at 12noon. Wasn't able to rest properly during the night. 3. Was told by the person who meet us that we can stay 30min. More after check out. I messaged the contact person in booking.com to request if possible for late check out of 1-2hr, request denied even the 30min. Extension as mentioned during check in as their plans were changed. I was hoping at least they would honour their word of giving us 30min extra, but that didn't happen.
