The room (no. 6) & en-suite bathroom was very clean.
There is a step just inside the street door I nearly tripped over the first time I encountered it - the landlord needs to highlight it by marking the edge with some bright paint such as white, yellow or orange. At first, I had some trouble with locking/unlocking the street door as it's quite complicated, but practice makes perfect & I soon got the hang of it.

Clean. Off street parking.
Food smell. No bedside lamp. Very basic. No cups or spoons so unable to make a cuppa.
