The location was great, we enjoyed our stay and the Sigbee's Cottage in the pines
A few of the windows didn't lock, a concern but not a big problem.

The place was very clean . The beds were comfortable.
The pictures of the couches is not accurate, they show 3 cushions each with a corner between. But there were just 2 cushions each with a corner between.

The property was clean and well maintained. The house appeared new inside. The house was larger than expected and well furnished. The property is located in the center of the island, which was convenient.
Upon arrival, the code for the door that I was provided was wrong. This lead to me sitting outside for an hour waiting on a response from the property manager. If you have an issue, don't expect to be able to simply make a phone call, you will need to use a messenger on the Booking.com app to contact the property manager.
The beds were the biggest dissapointment. They were quite possibly the loudest beds I have ever slept on. Every move sounded like it was falling apart. Not sure what exactly was causing the noise but it made sleeping very hard to do. They were also very uncomfortable.
