It’s in a good location and it’s quiet.
Only problem we had was the tub drains out slow that’s all everything else was good.

It was a beautiful rental, very clean. Quiet street.
The parking was an issue. When some of the 4 tenants have multiple vehicles & boats it is hard to park and not block someone in. One of them actually beat on our door at 11p drunk cursing about they had 4 vehicles and we had to move bc they wanted to park a certain way. I think it would make it easier if the bays were labeled for each room. Also the water pressure was really weak.
