Staff not applicable as self check in... apartment good, cleaning, hot water very very hot.. unable to regulate shower so struggled to shower properly!! Kettle didn't work properly i had to hold it down until boiled. Love Whitby as my favourite and happy place. I did message owners of apartment but no reply to my concerns
Apartment was cold unable to turn heating on and was dirty in places around the apartment.

Really well set out. Tidy. Easy entrance using own phone number.
All was good. Perhaps just a little dusting on shelves/window slats.

Location, parking
The WIFI doesn't work, it doesn't work in all of the Discovery accommodation places I have stayed in. Just FIX it, stop trying to use the hopeless TV Wifi and get proper routers. The kitchen in this place was sticky and dirty. It needs a DEEP CLEAN not a wipe over with a wet rag... not enough pans etc The ONE saucepan wasn't clean....
