The location was one of the strongest points of this property. It is conveniently close to shopping centers, restaurants, and other useful facilities. The building also has 24-hour security, which made me feel safe throughout my stay. The host was generally polite and willing to help, and I felt that there was a genuine effort to assist guests when possible. However, communication could be improved. During a water supply interruption, I was unable to reach the host for approximately two hours. In situations like this, guests need a faster response, and delayed communication can become stressful. Another issue was the storage space. The wardrobes and cabinets were largely occupied by extra bedding and stored items, leaving very limited space for guests to unpack and organize their own clothes and personal belongings. For longer stays, this can be quite inconvenient. I also extended my stay twice beyond my original reservation. During that time, I sent a message requesting additional toilet paper, but unfortunately I never received a response. It was not a major expense, and I simply purchased it myself from a nearby supermarket. However, attention to small details like this can make a significant difference in guest satisfaction and reflects the overall quality of property management. I am sharing these observations honestly so that future guests can have realistic expectations and the property can continue improving its guest experience.

The unit has good potential, but several issues significantly affected my stay. The biggest problem was the door lock. There is even an instruction notice beside the door, which suggests this is a known issue. Opening or locking the door often took 30 seconds or more and required multiple attempts. This was not just my experience; even building security staff had the same difficulty when trying to operate it. The overall cleanliness was below expectations. The bathroom had visible dirt, stains, and areas that needed much better cleaning. The kitchen was poorly organized, with utensils and kitchen items appearing to be stored without any proper order or care. I will provide photos of these issues. The furniture, especially some of the sofas, showed visible stains and signs of wear, making them uncomfortable to use. I originally booked three nights but extended twice due to business commitments in Davao, not because I was fully satisfied with the accommodation. The most disappointing part is that this is actually a nice unit in a good location. However, it appears that regular inspection, maintenance, cleanliness, and attention to detail are lacking. With better management and upkeep, the guest experience could be significantly improved.

Close to Abreeza mall

The apartment is in very poor condition. Cracks on the wall everywhere, the floor was dusty, there’s an old musty smell when we entered. The tiles in the shower were not even present. Cement keeps on coming off everytime we shower. The folding bed was awful. I had to borrow a comforter from my mom so my daughter won’t sag on the bed & break her back. The couches were stained & saggy. Thankfully, we were out all the time & we just go in to sleep. We tolerated the place but I wished we went somewhere else. Then, I got a message from the caretakers of the place charging me for the stains on the couches that were already there when we got in. What a scam. How pitiful!
