Very large apartment, high Venetian ceilings, lots of daylight, and lots of beds, very suitable to a large group of friends.
The view of the Grand Canal from the living area is breathtaking.
Proximity to the vaporetto stop.
Nothing that affects the enjoyment of the stay really, just a few points that might improve the place: another bathroom may have been more practical for such a large apartment accommodating up to 10 people. Doors of the bathrooms need to have locks. A few repairs here and there, and a couch that needs to be replaced.
