Warm, washing machine and large drying rack, easy access to public transportation, easy walk to local grocery stores, functional kitchen, cozy living room, enough room for us to play games at the six-seater table, fantastic bathroom, soft beds, responsive host.
Only one setting on the oven worked, one of the cooking pots in the cabinet still had food on it, there was some mold on the wall in the bedroom with the twin beds (above the closet), all four of the bedside lamps had burned out bulbs.
