Designed for comfort, enjoy a cozy bedding setup, a fully equipped kitchen, and central A/C for a seamless mid-term stay.

Bedroom 1: 1 King bed
Bedroom 2: 1 Queen bed
Bedroom 3: 1 Queen bed
Bedroom 4: 2 Twin beds
Bathrooms are renovated with a modern touch, featuring an oversized walk-in shower, bathtub, and sleek glass door.

Smart TVs in the living room and, master bedrooms
Single level home
KITCHEN and DINING:
Gourmet kitchen with high-end stainless steel appliances, fully stocked with all necessities. Large dining table that seats 8.

PARKING: 2 car parkings in garage, 2 parkings on driveway, and street parkings also available
PETS
Pet fee: $35 per pet, per night. Flat rate available depending on the number of nights and pets.

Sibling rendezvous and spouses for a total of 6 adults aged 70 to 78. Very clean, bright and nicely appointed. Everyone got a separate BR and all on one floor, which is increasingly important to us. We even used the beautiful pool one day, but mostly enjoyed cooking together and visiting. This place is very comfortable and affordable.

This house was perfect for our stay. It was located in a quiet neighborhood. The host communicated quickly when I had a question and the house met all of our needs. Would definitely stay here again!

This home slept all 7 of us plus pups perfect right off the 110 straight up to USC. Pool and patio were great for sunny days. The kitchen had everything we needed to host reception. Beds were comfortable. Walmart, Costco and Target were a few miles west. The best was 20min away. Our only wish was for more living room seating.
