Breakfast was very good, the location excellent for Newmarket.
Room not serviced overnight.
Food for dinner was very good but a very restricted menu.

Very clean , beautifully finished rooms and bathroom.
Nice to gave individual rooms.
When searching for accommodation for work , I usually prioritise features such as breakfast included, and parking. Very disappointed after making booking to be told by tge property that they were not open on Monday / Tuesday, therefore no restaurant or breakfast available . I checked and there was no mention of this on the hotel booking. I only saw the message on the morning of our stay , so too late to cancel. At the very least I expect a refund on the cost of our breakfast in a cafe 2 miles away….
