Pulizia eccellente Proprietaria gentilissima e disponibile

The apartment was clean, warm, and cozy, with a pleasant atmosphere overall. The host was responsive and helped us find the entrance when we had trouble locating the building, which we appreciated. The kitchen had enough cookware and utensils for basic cooking, and after we requested hand soap and extra toilet paper, the host kindly brought them the next day. The apartment has good potential and could offer a very nice stay with a few improvements.

The arrival instructions did not include the exact address added in booking, which made finding the building unnecessarily difficult. Clearer instructions (with the number if the building) or a photo of the entrance would be very helpful for future guests. Upon arrival, there was no hand soap provided, only shower gel and shampoo. There was also only one half-used roll of toilet paper left for a 5-night stay for two people, which was clearly insufficient. After mentioning it to the host, we were told that this is what is included in the price, but to her credit, she kindly brought soap and toilet paper the next day. The apartment listing mentions a dishwasher, but there is no dishwasher available. There was also a coffee maker but no coffee provided, which felt unusual considering the price. Some items shown in the photos were missing as well — for example, the wine glasses were not there, and there was no complimentary wine despite what the pictures may suggest. A lighter for the candles would have been a nice touch, as guests cannot enjoy them otherwise unless they have one themselves. The kitchen could also be improved with a cutting board and a few regular plates instead of the four bowls provided. Another downside was that the entrance and hallway of the building smelled very strongly of marijuana throughout our entire stay. The location description was also misleading. The nearest supermarket is about 1.1 km away, around a 17-minute walk or two bus stops, not 5 minutes away as stated by the host. Reaching the main attractions takes much longer than expected — around 1 hour 1.30h or more by public transport with multiple transfers. Getting from Ciampino Airport to the apartment required three different transfers and took us around 2 hours in total. It is also important to know that only one bus serves the area and it is not very reliable or frequent. We recommend using the Moovit app to track buses in real time.

Stanza ottima, host disponibile, edificio tranquillo e balcone ampio. Ci tornerei!

L’ingresso del cancello tramite app ha avuto qualche problema ma sono state fornite anche le chiavi.
