Property was easy to find, easy to collect the keys and owner was very easily contactable, would definitely stay again in the future.
The lounge balcony door may need a look at, was unable to keep it closed properly during the duration of our stay.

Absolutely convenient for getting groceries and food, and for public transport
Close to bar street. A bit noisy and feeling unsafe. Lift out of order. Some amenities are a bit dated e.g. the fridge door which could not be closed tightly.

This was a lovely quiet apartment near Birmingham New Street Station. Good communication with them before arrival with clear directions both to the accommodation but also to the key pick up location, a local shop. Apartment is spacious and well appointed and very comfortable. Would certainly book this again and certainly recommend it. The apartment is accessed via a lift and although there are some stairs, these had a stairlift so pretty accessible too.
Bathroom extractor did not appear to work.
