Nothing!

We both had a full English breakfast and it was hot and fresh and it arrived only a few minutes of being seated all due to being pre-ordered and it was lovely.
Nice touch having beach gear ie: bucket & spades, umbrellas, chairs etc, at the front door available to borrow for no charge.
Our hosts were more than accommodating
We didn't expect the room to be on the top floor(4th) so be prepared for no lift if you have dodgy knees and hips.

It was spotlessly clean, lovely staff, great breakfast. No need to pay twice as much for hotels when you can get BBs of this standard.

Location does have limited free parking but was within short walking distance of long stay car park. Short walk to beach, gardens, several restaurants, shops & the lovely steam train to Dartmouth.
Excellent breakfast!
Only downside I can possibly mention was the nearby run down properties. Sad to see.
