The property was fantastic, easily accessible, no hassle getting in with the door codes and really communicative when we had questions. Stayed in room 3 - great size, nicely decorated and comfortable bed.
No issues at all - parking out the front was fine - just need to time arrival so that there is a space as people park down the same road to visit the beach.

The location is great, access to the building was easy. Great facilities packed into the space and beds were comfy. No contact directly with owners aside from the usual automated entry etc but all very friendly and informative. We managed to park directly outside on the street so no stress there.
The whole place was very noisy due to stairs and outside spaces being used by other guests, not the owners fault but worth noting if you intend on getting an early night. The WiFi was awful and meant the TVs didn't work properly at all but as we were there for 1 night it wasn't too much of a pain.

The access instructions were very easy to follow. The room was spotless, with all the facilities you'd expect.
The location to the beach and park was superb with cafes and pubs only a few minutes stroll away.

Location. Clean.
Appreciate the weather is out of your control but we had one window which barely opened for safety reasons and for this reason the room was so warm and uncomfortable. The cooling device did nothing.
If this weather is to stay it might be useful to invest in windows where safe opening works for this room!
