Lovely hotel. Very friendly staff. Well equipped and comfortable rooms. Good breakfast. Great location - very handy for train station and tram stop just a 20minute cab from the airport

only downside was the lift was broken for most of our stay so had to walk up 4 flights every evening after a long day sight-seeing

The hotel is very conveniently located just a few minutes’ walk from the train station, which is a big plus. The room was nicely decorated and overall pleasant. The staff were also extremely friendly and welcoming, which really made a difference. The double-glazed windows do a decent job at reducing outside noise.

It feels like some rooms may have been divided to maximize space, making the room quite compact. Some design elements could be improved, especially the coat rack, which wasn’t very practical. The hotel is located right next to tram line 1, so it can be quite noisy. While the windows help, you can still hear the trams. The main issue is the poor soundproofing between rooms. I could clearly hear my neighbors’ conversations and activities, which was quite unpleasant and could become tiring over a longer stay.
