Customer service was great, the bed was really comfortable, everything was clean and new-looking. The location was ideal for my needs, with some good local bars and a small supermarket and some small shops nearby.

There were a couple of minor problems to start - e.g. was no water the first night, but they sent someone in the morning to resolve the problem. But you have to expect "teething problems" with a new place. The "soundproofing" was lacking. There were some Indians in the next unit on the second night, and they were very loud, both in the unit and in front of it.

PLEASE NOTE: This review is for the more expensive room. Be careful when booking because the banner picture is the more expensive room, but the room you might be looking at might be the less expensive, smaller room with no kitchen. For the more expensive room, it had a spacious bedroom, which was comfortable. I like that I could control the lighting and that the curtains could block out the light. The bathroom was also good and clean. Everything worked.

Even for the expensive room, I think it was overpriced for what it was. The fridge, which is under the sink, is tiny. I guess that's understandable because the kitchen area is also quite small. There weren't many dishes to use and some of the pots weren't clean and had grime that I didn't want to scrub myself, so I used the small pot. There was a microwave that was on the counter, but no outlet to use it, which I thought was a little strange, unless it was meant to be connected to the same outlet underneath the sink like the stove and fridge were? I've stayed in a much nicer apartment that was not only 10 euros cheaper, but much larger and still close to center, so moving from that to this was a letdown. If you want flexibility on the payment, just keep in mind that they will keep your passport until you pay off everything, which to me, is fair, but not something I've experienced in any of my other stays that were flexible with payment. And one last thing that I think is a little more serious are the reviews left for this accommodation: Two of the 10-point reviews seem to have been made by the same person who has the same last name of the owners of the apartment. So, just keep that in mind when choosing this stay.
