Very clean. Great instructions re arrival/key/parking. Bed was exceptionally comfortable.
Milk in the fridge would have helped.

Location was fantastic, parking was excellent. Easy to find. Very neat and tidy.
the air conditioner was noisy due to it being a 40-degree day and the door to the bathroom was tight, could have a better tv

"Cheap, clean, a very reasonable option for me doing an overnighter for working in the office. Onsite parking directly outside the access, contactless check in/out, good communication from the host."
