The rooms are comfortable, I have stayed in double bad room with private bathroom and it was good. The lobby is nice and comfortable. They had cooked very special dinners, very reach and very tasteful. They have helped me to book a guide with motorbike for one day tour, without taking any commission.

I have booked by booking.com and confirmed the dates and price. One day before my arrival I had contacted them to get the location, and they told me that they are fully booked, and the booking is not valid. Because in Oct. 3 there was a Marathon, they took advantage on it and told me that if I want to stay i need to pay 600,000 dong/night, instead of 400,000 according to my booking confirmation. I didnt have any choice, as due to the event, everywhere was fully booked. This is completely unacceptable, and I request a compensation. I have all the records of the discussions, but I didnt get any invoice even though I have requested, and they said they cant issue invoice. There is no one to be there for the customer and serve them, they are busy with other business they have and dont really pay attention, unless it is a big group. Actually it is similar to B&B, and you have to take care of yourself.
