Very central to the town, the host has thought of everything and made it very homely.
The bedroom has slopping roof so getting into the bed on one side was awkward.

Superb location right in the middle of Beverley town centre with easy access to shops, pubs, and other amenities. The apartment was very beautiful, easy to access, and provided towels, tea/coffee/sugar/milk etc. Key transfer was simple and easy to follow. 10/10 would definitely recommend especially for the price!
No real issues with the apartment, however every now and then there would be a temporary foul smell that would come and go, suspect the pipes but didn't affect the experience and as I stated it was really just temporary and would dissipate a couple minutes later.

Proximity to town centre/ high street
Parking is a definitely an issue not being on-site or close to the apartment. After having traveled quite a distance to get to your destination and not knowing the area, the last thing a guest want is having to drive from street to street in search of certain types of parking that goes with the "arranged" parking permit. Particularly not on a Friday afternoon!!

Location OK. Close to Kings Head, so some noise at night, and beer barrels being shifted noisily at 5 am. Apartment was clean and fresh, with some nice decorative touches.. Everything worked, though the shower head needs cleaning/replacing.
Owners have made a valiant attempt to squeeze a quart into a pint pot, but bedroom and shower room were claustrophobic. Weather was also extremely hot and all windows were closed when we arrived. Attic bedroom was like an oven (a fan might have helped).
