Great facilities on site and an ideal location for Carbis Bay and St.Ives
The lodge was dirty, in particular the floor hadn't been vacuumed so there were bits of food from the previous occupants still visible. Bathrooms were also dirty.
Having to clean upon arrival was not ideal!
Also booking.com gave us the incorrect key code and the owner did not answer or reply to any messages which was extremely frustrating. Only when we called cottages.com did we receive the correct key code. Upon arrival we were unable to gain access to the property for over an hour, this is very annoying when you have driven over 4 hours and you then can't get into your accommodation!
