Instructions for the access to apartment were excellent, all available with clear photos of how to access the property. Communication with hosts - very responsive and excellent service. The apartment is very clean and modern with great quality beds, bed linen, towels and all the fixtures and fittings for the apartment were of high quality. Lovely Rituals body + hair products in the bathroom. Our studio apartment had a compact kitchen with Nespresso machine and coffee pods provided along with a few drinks stocked in the fridge. Daily cleaning service was also provided. Located in the most wonderful neighbourhood with so many coffee, dining, and groceries offerings on our doorstep (Rue des Matyrs is one of the best foodie streets in Paris). Also 2 metro stations very close to the apartment. I would stay again.

Everything was great, there is a lovely bar downstairs (Josy) which was a little noisy but only on Friday and Saturday nights when they stayed open a bit later but it didn't bother us too much.

Super clean and very suitable for 3 of us (wife and son). Good aircon was very welcome in this heatwave

I think one small consideration is there’s only one bathroom and one toilet so it’s good to be with close friends/family.

The ritual soap they used , close to almost everything I wanted
