The location was about a 10 minute walk from either Oshiage Station or Kinshicho Station. There's also quite a few convenience stores and food options nearby as well. The apartment was generally pretty clean. Having a washer was extremely convenient as well, and it's nice to have an apartment rather than having a hotel-sized room, and the price was relatively inexpensive for that. Hosts are very communicative and respond very quickly, so if you have any problems, make sure to talk to them.

The stairs to get onto the third floor are definitely really small, which can be annoying for large items and luggage being brought upstairs. The sofa (at least in our apartment) was a little messed up, so it was hard to use completely properly (although you could of course at least sit on it, you just really couldn't lean back). The provided pictures make the apartment look more spacious than it really is, but it's still a good amount of space for probably 2 people maximum. The TV is also a little tricky to work with, if that matters. It's overall a very reasonably priced place to stay at, but I think long-term rentals make more sense than staying here short-term.

The property was really clean. It has all the essentials like washing machine and stove. It also has two air conditioners for each floor which is really handy in summer. The balcony is also a nice touch. The location in Sumida city is also really nice one can easily access the metro and JR lines. There are lots of supermarkets around if you want to get some food.

Everything seemed good.

Good location, close to Kinshichuo station.

Room size is just ok for 2 people but small for 2 adults and a teenager. A very small washroom on the 2nd floor. Facilities are just fair to use. Would be better if checkout is 11:00am.
