I had a great stay at the IBIS BKC. I had some work in the consulate and the place couldn’t be more accessible. The staff are extremely friendly and amiable. They also have a cab service to the consulate you can avail at a cost. I missed the breakfast buffet because of my appointment but the staff made sure there were fruits and other bakery items available.
The concierge desk is extremely professional and well trained.
Will definitely recommend this stay for anyone having errands in the neighborhood.

Excellent customer service provided by all staff including team from restaurant. Very helping. I think good training being given. Nice clean room. We had a dinner and breakfast in the hotel. The only problem I faced that they used too strong garam masala. They need to maintain international standards in preparing food. It’s a just small advice.
