Super clean, easy check-in, best communication I have experienced. We loved the location because it is a bit out of the way, and relatively private…not particularly close to neighbors. The house is nice, spacious, well taken care of. The back patio and separate deck area are well worth staying at this place! We brought a lot of pads and blankets to lay on the deck and stargaze at night. Every night. Some of our group ended up sleeping full nights out there. It was awesome. We had 4 couples sharing the house, and the set up/arrangement of the house accommodates 4 couples comfortably… and maybe a 5th couple in the yoga room. But it doesn’t accommodate 6 couples (12 people) unless some of those people are singles/kids… not a criticism, just an observation. Bathrooms were nice enough, good showers on main floor. Basement shower didn’t have enough pressure to actually use, but that mighta just been a shower head being clogged or something. Kitchen had all the typical things needed to make and eat meals… which we did for most meals. And there was an extra fridge in the garage which we put to use. All the beds and bedding were complimented by our entire group. Great beds! All the furniture was in good condition, and clean. Lots of seating, lots of comfortable spaces. My only wish was that there were window coverings on the massive front windows, so we could have privacy at night.Great house, amazing hosts. Would definitely stay here again, and plan on it!

Connor was an excellent host- helpful and responsive!! The house is spacious, extremely well-located and the hot tub and sauna are perfect after a long hike, trail run or mountain bike escapade. We loved every moment!

We had an amazing time in Sedona and the house was a huge part of that experience. A beautiful home, equipped with everything we needed, and a serene, perfect location to boot. Could not have been a better trip! Thanks, Connor & Curt, for being wonderful hosts!Gina

Kitchen did not have enough dishes and silverware for 11. Sauna did not work. Steep stairs to get in which we were not aware of, difficult for grandparents.
