Bon rapport qualité prix, proche métro et restaurants
Ressorts canapé lit qui grincent, manque d’isolation côté porte d’entrée, vas et viens régulier dans l’immeuble à toute heure, quelques poignées de porte à resserrer

Small appartment with everything you need. Easy to get around Monmartre, 35-40 min by public transport to the Eiffel tower. Place is quite calm, there was no noise from the street. Instruction about finding place and getting keys was clear.
Pillowcase was missing, at least I could not find them anywhere. I had to use towel instead. High price, as everything in Paris)
