The receptionist was very friendly and attentive during our check-in, giving us loads of city information while showing us to our room. We wandered around the ground floor as the art work, chess boards, and decor were all fascinating to our little travelling companions. We stayed in one of their apartments which was fully equiped and had everything we needed as well as so much character and historic features. The rooms were spacious and clean and the main bedroom bed was very comfortable.
The noise from the main road at the front of the hotel was very disruptive as its an old building the windows were only single pane, traffic continued to be heavy throughout the night. The hotel uses a different name to book the apartments so finding the exact location on the street was time consuming when an email to advise us to check in at the Harrison Hotel reception would have been beneficial.

Quirky decorated hotel with very friendly & accommodating staff. Really good breakfast. Parking available. Looked after our bike in their locked yard which was very kind and helpful.
Our initial room was smaller than anticipated, so we upgraded to a bigger one. As the hotel is made up of several houses, you could possibly get lost through the building, however the quirky decoration helped you remember your way -“go through Narnia, then past the noses and hands on the wall etc…”

Property was lovely decorated, very stylish and cool
It wasn’t that I didn’t like property..
when I booked last minute the rooms were discounted
I choose the more expensive suite on bottom floor but was given 3rd floor which wasn’t as nice!
I mentioned to staff /girl on way up saying I thought I booked ground floor it was just dismissed .
On my exit I mentioned to new girl , she said sorry about that, I just paid for sparkling water which I ordered to room and left.
Thanks

"Bellissimo posto con sorprendente arredamento artistico e di design molto bello. Staff molto gentile. Comodo il parcheggio in una zona dove non si troverebbe posto."
