The location was good, a bit out of Belfast, the breakfast was lovely

When the wind picked up there was a rattling noise so couldn’t sleep at times.

We stayed here for a 2 night getaway. Any staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. We made good use of the pool area, which was also clean. The food from breakfast to evening meal was delicious. A very relaxed atmosphere. We would definitely return.

There really isn't anything negative to say. The hotel is out of the way a bit (which is what we wanted) but a short uber ride will take you into the city if you wish.

Reception and restaurant evening staff were lovely and the evening meal was very nice. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the bathroom was good. We didn't use the spa, but the pool was fun for the kids (though be aware that it was very busy).

Breakfast was atrocious. Staff looked very fed up and were slow to seat us, there was only one working coffee machine that you had to queue for for at least 15 minutes, the hot buffet was lukewarm at best, and the selection for the continental breakfast was very poor with stale pastries and soggy fruit. Don't waste your money, go elsewhere for breakfast! It was such a sharp contrast to the quality of the evening meal and how nice the staff were everywhere else. And the wifi is absolutely terrible, or at least it was in our room.
